Jet2holidays has rolled out a new feature in its app that allows customers to track their return coach transfers in real-time — a move the company is calling a “game-changer” for holidaymakers.

The new Live Transfer Status functionality lets customers see exactly where their return transfer coach is, along with helpful details like pick-up location, expected pick-up time, driver name, and vehicle registration number — all from their phone.

This new service is currently live for customers in several popular destinations, including the Balearic Islands, Canaries, Mainland Spain, Morocco, Türkiye, and Bulgaria, with further rollouts planned. Greece is set to be added in time for summer 2026.

Aiming To Reduce Hassle For Travellers

The introduction of Live Transfer Status follows testing that showed it led to a significant reduction in call volumes to Jet2holidays’ contact centre — with enquiries about return transfers previously ranking as one of the top reasons customers called for help.
